I'm a Millionaire
First of all, Happy Birthday to Wan Ting!
The Originals© came to class one by one but we all didn't wish her Happy Birthday, we had agreed the other day to act like we forgot about it totally. I think Wan Ting looked sad this morning!
Technique: The Camera Never Lies (Eh, I know English PT is over)
We don't see her face but anyway her hair looks sad.
Then it was English, three groups presented their Performance Tasks. Wan Ting, Yi-lin, Joan and Adeline's group was really good! Especially the video starring Wan Ting the toot, great sacrifice man. After Wan Ting's group's Question & Answer session, we started singing her a birthday song. Bet she was so touched! Hope it was a pleasant surprise!
Recess was next, Elyssa, Ying Xuan and I didn't go down for recess 'cause we were presenting during the last block and we haven't really ran through the PowerPoint slides and script. Wan Ting came up to remind us to go to the lab, and I took pictures of the presents from us. Elyssa, Ying Xuan, Hui Qi, Ke Xin and I chipped in some money to buy the necklace, chocolate and flowers for her.
Oh and in the end the bell didn't ring and we thought recess was not yet over. We were some 20 minutes late for Science and I think Chong was damn pissed. I don't really get Biology, yet. I only know the definitions of certain terms and that's it. I wanna score well for Biology.
History, got back our PTs. My Mid-Year History GPA would probably be 3.6. Congratulations to Elyssa, Jia Wen and Penelope for aceing the PT! Elyssa and Jia Wen got full marks and Penelope got 19! Higher Chinese, our group answered questions and got some points, hope we won't be the lousiest group this term. I haven't practised my vocals and we have to sing a song if we do lose, everyone in the group has to have a solo part some more. Who knows, we may get the highest in the end! We presented our English PT and I think it went pretty well, hope we score 'cause my languages really suck.
After school we took a The Originals© group photograph. Without Ke Xin though, she went for competition or something I suppose? Elyssa, Ying Xuan, Yi-lin, Jia Wen, Penelope, Joan, Wan Ting, Hui Qi, Ke Xin <3
Went crazy with Elyssa after school. We're millionaires now. Tomorrow we'd become billionaires. Elyssa, it is you 2, I 8.
By the way for the summary of this week, we got back our 'To Kill A Mockingbird' scripts, Nature Practice of Science PT, Physics SPA and Theory back. I did quite okay for all except Physics Theory but luckily NPS pulled me up so cheers! Higher Chinese Paper and Listening was... I don't know, but I don't think I'll do well. I shall work very hard for the Higher Chinese PT then! For the HCL PT we have to group with people who live around the same place as us, I don't know why. Anyway I'm with Xin En, Hui Qi and Ke Xin. Poor Elyssa though :( Quadratic graphs, we cannot be as outdated as Choo to use freehand to draw, how can she not know how to use the curved ruler/ flexible ruler/ whatever?!
